Booking and visit terms
Reserving your date+
A signed agreement and 25% deposit reserve the date. An approved school purchase order may be accepted when arranged in advance. An inquiry alone does not reserve space.
Final attendance, meal selections and written allergy information are due seven business days before arrival. The balance is due three business days before the visit. Charges follow the final guaranteed attendance, even if fewer students attend.
Provide any tax-exemption paperwork when booking so the team can confirm its treatment.
Food & allergies+
Choose each meal before the visit; students do not order on arrival. PSC confirms allergy accommodations in writing. The kitchen is shared, so a completely allergen-free environment cannot be promised.
If PSC cannot safely accommodate a severe allergy, one clearly labeled individual meal may be brought for that student. No other outside food is allowed.
Chaperones & supervision+
One teacher or chaperone is complimentary for every 20 paid students. Additional adults are $25 each. Include all adults in the headcount and confirm their meal needs with the events team.
Students remain with their assigned group and chaperones. The school supervises students; PSC employees run gaming and are not chaperones. Alcohol is not served in the school group’s reserved area during the program. The school is responsible for intentional damage caused by its attendees.
If plans change+
At least 14 days before the visit: the deposit is refunded or transferred. Seven to 13 days before: one transfer to a date within 90 days. Fewer than seven days before: the deposit is not refundable.
An official school closing or unsafe travel condition may be rescheduled without penalty. Contact the events team to arrange the revised date.
