Is this a fixed package?

No. Space, food, play, technical setup and event terms are discussed and quoted for your group. Each event receives an individual quote.

What needs to be confirmed for a presentation?

Discuss your presentation file, connection, video and audio with the events team. The setup needs to be tested before your event. Confirm any microphones, technical staffing and specific connections you need with the team.

Are sports suites private rooms?

No. Each suite is three-sided and open at the back to the main room. Discuss layout, sound and any privacy needs with the events team.

How many people can we bring?

Each sports suite accommodates 1–10 guests. Larger-event fit depends on your headcount, layout and plans; ask the events team to confirm the arrangement.

Can we add our own signs or screen graphics?

Tell the events team what you have in mind. Proposed brand materials and their use need approval for the event.
