ABOUT THIS WEBSITE
Website privacy informationYour information. Your choices.
Here’s how this website handles browser preferences, optional analytics and services from other providers.
Your browser and privacy choices.
Your privacy choices are saved in this browser. The suite planner remembers your selections for this browser tab, and the opening film remembers a pause choice for this tab.
For U.S. visits, Google Analytics starts automatically unless you turn it off in Privacy preferences in the footer. Outside the U.S., or if we cannot determine the region, it starts only if you accept site analytics. Your saved choice takes priority. The region check uses our website host, Cloudflare; PSC does not save its response. If you separately accept advertising measurement, PSC can save campaign information and an ad-click identifier in this browser for up to 90 days and send them with an event inquiry to Tripleseat. Google Ads can measure a received inquiry; this does not mean a qualified lead or sale. Advertising personalization stays off. Change either choice using Privacy preferences in the footer. PSC measurement is disabled on review and editor previews.
Bookings, tours and social content.
OpenTable and Tripleseat handle reservations and event inquiries under their own terms and privacy notices. This website does not take payment details. Embedded booking, tour, map and social services may receive IP addresses and browser information and apply their own cookies when their content loads. PSC’s privacy choices do not control those providers’ separate services. Direct provider links are available.
Our events team uses Tripleseat to respond to inquiries and manage events. Campaign information sent with an inquiry may remain with that record. Turning off a privacy choice stops PSC’s future optional measurement for that purpose on this browser and clears its corresponding browser data; it does not erase an inquiry already sent. Contact PSC about information held with your inquiry.
Booking helpQuestions and website delivery.
