THE FIELD GUIDE / HOSTING
Plan a company outing in Downtown AtlantaGive the team something to do together.
The best starting point for an outing isn’t a package. It’s knowing what you want the people in the room to share.

Set the occasion.
An informal meal after a conference needs a different plan from a hosted client evening. Tell the events team the occasion, guest count, preferred date and time, and whether food, viewing or play is the priority.
Brand launches & presentationsMatch the space to the people.
Sports suites stay open to the main room. If you need an enclosed confidential conversation, tell the team before choosing a space. Groups larger than ten should ask about multiple suites, other event areas or a venue buyout.

Ask for the agreed layout, food and beverage arrangements, total charges, taxes and fees, deposit and cancellation terms, arrival instructions and the person handling changes.
If you need a presentation, branding, microphones or a specific broadcast, confirm what can actually be delivered for your event. Do not assume equipment or rights are included.
Make arrival easy.
Send guests to the third floor at 207 Peachtree Street NE, using the entrance at 19 Andrew Young International Blvd. Ask the team about access or parking needs before the event.
